In their professional journeys, they have collectively dedicated over two and half decades to honing their skills and developing expertise in fields such as finance, software, real estate, and management consulting. Cody Adelizzi's journey began in the Chicago suburbs, where influential mentors sparked his early passion for entrepreneurship. He earned a degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. Cody's career includes time at Morgan Stanley, FactSet, Deloitte, and Halo (FinTech start-up). His experience has provided him the opportunity to lead a variety of initiatives and teams, from implementing a groundbreaking RevOps program to introducing precise KPI processes and company-wide OKRs framework. His track record extends to executing strategic partnerships, orchestrating successful product launches, and leading go-to-market strategies. As a result of Cody's experience as a Consultant, Product Manger, and Chief of Staff, he is confident and excited to lead an organization.
